As passionate advocates for the quality and infinite variety in flavour and aroma that is to be found in real ale, headed by a former lecturer in all aspects of the industry, we are often asked to act as consultants on projects as diverse as establishing micro-breweries from scratch, perfecting special recipes, even improving the efficiency of newly installed bottling lines at larger brewers.
As our reputation and expertise grow, so too does our impressive portfolio of successes. In addition to acting as consultants locally and nationally, over the years we have helped spread the message overseas and are immensely proud to have helped create and install ten other breweries around the world, including one in far flung Bali.
Currently, we are working to improve the supply of real ale in America’s Midwest where, as a Masterbrewer of the Americas, Mike Hitchen has been delighted to see a boom in the creation of micro-breweries together with an explosion in demand for cask conditioned ales.
And we are exporting bottle conditioned beers to Vietnam, laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, the USA, Mexico and Brazil.
